Request Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under GDPR (Art. 17), LGPD (Art. 18 VI), and CCPA. Use this form if you no longer have access to your account, or go to Settings → Danger Zone if you are still logged in.
What will be deleted
- Your user profile, name, and email address
- All organizations you own and their members
- All datasets, data rows, and imported files
- All dashboards, KPI tracking data, and reports
- All Theory of Change and SROI frameworks
- All form submissions and survey responses
15-business-day processing window
Requests submitted through this form require identity verification and are processed within 15 business days, as required by GDPR and LGPD.
You can also submit your request directly to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 15 business days.
