2. Description of Service
Instrumento.io is a SaaS platform that helps nonprofit organisations collect program data, measure outcomes, generate impact dashboards, and produce funder-ready reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Sheets, Airtable, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing the Service or making material changes that adversely affect your use.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by closing your account. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or other legitimate reasons with reasonable notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Instrumento.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instrumento.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For users located in Brazil: these Terms are supplemented by the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018). Your rights as a data subject under the LGPD are preserved regardless of the governing law choice above.
