Diogo Pereira is the founder and lead consultant behind Instrumento.io, where he leads a team of developers and program evaluators. He advises mission-driven organizations, education programs, and cultural institutions on how to scale impact with clarity and discipline.
His approach blends strategic planning with hands-on implementation: aligning goals and metrics, strengthening program models, improving internal systems (enrollment, data, communication, and accountability), and supporting partnerships and fundraising narratives that resonate with funders and communities.
Diogo is known for bringing structure without bureaucracy—translating complex challenges into practical roadmaps teams can actually follow.
Our story
We started Instrumento.io after years of working with nonprofits and seeing the same challenges over and over. Organizations were doing incredible work—changing lives, strengthening communities, creating lasting impact—but they struggled to measure and communicate that impact to funders.
The problem wasn't a lack of data. These organizations were collecting information every day: attendance sheets, participant surveys, program outcomes. But the data lived in spreadsheets, paper forms, and scattered systems. When it came time to write a grant report or update donors, staff would spend days manually compiling numbers and creating charts.
Meanwhile, large nonprofits with dedicated data teams and expensive software had real-time dashboards and automated reporting. The gap wasn't about mission or effectiveness—it was about access to the right tools.
We built Instrumento.io to close that gap. We wanted to create a customizable SaaS platform that was powerful enough to handle complex impact measurement, with 100% customizable dashboards, but simple enough for any team to use without extensive training. And we wanted to pair it with expert services, so organizations wouldn't have to figure out measurement frameworks and data strategies on their own.
Today, we work with nonprofits across the United States, helping them transform their program data into compelling impact stories. We're proud to support organizations that are making a difference in education, youth development, community health, and social services.
